Frosé Weather!

Well with temperatures reaching 36 degrees C in the UK today, it would be the perfect time to cool down with some Frosé! I first learned about this 2 years ago while staying with family in San Francisco. There are loads of recipes out there but this one works for me. 

I bottle Dry Rosé wine

250- 300g strawberries (or raspberries) washed and destalked.

Juice of 1 lemon

(Algarve syrup or stevia to sweeten if you wish)

1. Pour the wine into a freezable shallow  bowl or baking tray. Freeze overnight or until frozen. 

2. Scrape out the frozen wine into a blender and wait about 15 mins. Add the strawberries and lemon juice and blitz away! 

3. Serve in a beautiful glass, like a champagne coupe. Decorate with some mint and a single strawberry. Cheers! 🥂🍃🍓
